Here I am listing the 8 free content writing tools that changed my perception and way of writing.

Coming up with a blog idea may be easy for a beginner but generating blog ideas continuously is a difficult job. However, organizations need to come up with blogs to keep inbound traffic.
Portent’s Content idea generator is the best free idea generator from my experience. Just type in your keyword and it will give you awesome ideas for your blog. Sometimes the ideas may be funny also.
How to use
Head over to the website, enter your subject or topic, then press the Generate idea button. The Idea Generator will give you a suggestion of a blog post title based around your topic. Click on the generated idea to see the reasons to select the idea, and if you don’t like it you just have to press the See another title button.
2. CoSchedule Headline Analyzer
Getting the reader’s attention to your content demands a catchy headline. As most of us will scroll down to the next content when the headline is not interesting, so making the headline standout is a pretty big task. CoSchedule Headline analyzer is the best fit tool for the job. CoSchedule Headline Analyzer analyses and give recommendations on your headline.
How to use
Type in your headline and click the analyze button. The analyzer will give an analysis report. The analysis reports present you with the overall readability percentage and word balance percentage. By changing the heading according to the report you can create wonderful results.
3. Google Docs Explore Tool
If you are using google docs for content writing in your drive. you can conduct searches without having to navigate away from your window, saving time and making it easier to cite your sources as you work. This tool allows you to add image, footnote, and link to your content.
How to use
By clicking ‘Tools’ in the menu bar and choosing ‘Explore’ from the drop-down menu. From the window, you can search for references.
4. Hemingway Editor
Hemingway Editor is an online tool that helps make the content easier and readable. It highlights adverbs, phrases, and sentences in different color codes that are hard to read. This tool offers additional features like readability grade, reading time, character count, sentence count, etc.
The readability grade is 9 by this app.
In my suggestion, this may be the most useful content writing tool. Copy-paste your content into the editor and do your editing as highlighted errors suggest.
5. Grammarly
The must-have tool for every content writer. Grammarly is a free google chrome extension tool that checks for grammatical and spelling mistakes. Once activated this tool checks for grammatical mistakes over all your writing apps like Gmail, social media, cloud apps like google docs. Besides the free app lets, you set a goal and get suggestions in achieving the goal.
6. Yoast SEO Plugin
Packing your blog with a whole variety of content doesn’t mean it is SEO friendly. Getting your site optimized well enough is the key to get ranked higher in searches.
Yoast SEO is a free WordPress plugin that helps set your site title, meta description, and keyword targeting. It analyzes the blog content and provides suggestions to rank your site
7. Siteliner
As Google is always in search of new content and trashing duplicate content, it’s better to make sure that the contents you write are fresh. Siteliner is an online tool to check the legitimacy of the content. Siteliner scans the entire blog and finds possible duplication if any. If duplicates in the site it is better to change the content.
8. Coffitivity
According to a peer-reviewed study out of the University of Chicago, “A moderate level of ambient noise is conducive to creative cognition.” In a nutshell, this means being a tiny bit distracted helps you be more creative. To boost your brain to be more productive some ambient sounds will help.
Coffitivity is a free tool that has a variety of sounds that can power your brain a little more. (this tool is my personal choice.)
